Ambergate, Derbyshire
12th October 2025
7 & 14km

Our Whisky, Gin & Rum Trail is a best of Derbyshire adventure. Join us this October at the incredible White Peak Distillery where the doors, and bottles, are being opened to runners on our short (7km) and long (14km) routes. Both routes have been carefully designed to provide an enjoyable variety of running for participants both experienced and new, exploring some of the finest locations for wildlife and natural features in England, with historic canal towpaths and ancient woodland to enjoy. Waiting for you back at event HQ will be complimentary samples of the handcrafted spirits made right here in Derbyshire, along with a 5cl bottle of Wire Works Whisky for you to enjoy or exhange for a discount on a bottle of your choice.

Tagging along just for fun?
There is plenty to do at event HQ for your friends and family with tours of the White Peak Distillery, the Great British Car Journey next door, and route cards for if you want to enjoy a walk of your own in Shining Cliff Woods. This is an Autumn day out not to be missed!
