Fashion and textiles is the second-largest industrial polluter globally, causing a lot of damage to the wild places we love to run and explore. Unfortunately, the synthetic fibres most running kit is made from has a particularly negative impact, made from oil and releasing harmful micro-plastics into our environment.

That is why Trails For Good have launched our Kit Repair events. The best thing we can do is to keep wearing the kit we have, reapiring it, saving it from landfill, and only buying new when we have to. From patching holes in shorts, leggings and shoes, to replacing zips on your running jacket and bags, there are more miles in your favourite running gear.
